An energetic, whimsical performer and teacher, Danny Ibarra is able to captivate his audiences and his students. Danny is currently working towards a Master of Music Degree in Viola Performance at Wichita State University under the tutelage of Catherine Consiglio, principal viola of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra.
Danny is currently a member of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra and WSU Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed with the Hays Symphony Orchestra, Hutchinson Symphony Orchestra, Kansas Intercollegiate Orchestra, and the Harvard Summer Orchestra.
As an educator, Danny encourages the development of personal identity through music. Danny emphasizes the importance of not only crafting high quality musicianship, but also becoming confident, self-disciplined, high achieving people.
